Comic pages - $15 for the first, $10 each after (regardless of content)

Payment is Paypal only. Unless a character is being created entirely from scratch, at least one reference must be provided. You can send the info in a note or e-mail. I will not do ideas that include underage nudity (18 and up only), rape or urination.
